Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We do our best to keep product availability and pricing accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Product information
Our seafood is a fresh, perishable product. Weights and counts are approximate, and the exact catch may vary slightly by season and availability.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Newfoundland Fish Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products.
