When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any business details and order notes you provide. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
We also collect basic technical information (such as your browser type and pages visited) to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to your enquiries, and — where you've opted in — send occasional updates about our catch.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store, such as our payment processor and email provider. We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. If you have an account, you can review your orders and update your details from your account page.
